Chef Yuval Ben Neriah is one of Israel’s most celebrated culinary figures, best known for founding “Taizu” and “a”, two of Tel Aviv’s most renowned restaurants. His approach—blending high-end culinary artistry with a research-driven mindset—has earned him accolades such as multiple “Best Resturant Awards” by Time Out Tel Aviv and recognition across the international food scene such as "MENA 50 BEST".

Founded by Anna Sliozberg and Gad Harris, Kayama Foods has developed a novel plant-based fat that offers food manufacturers a fully functional, healthy, and cost-effective solution, without compromising on taste or texture. the fat is cholesterol-free, clean-label, E-free, and can reduce saturated fat by up to 90%.

Chef Ben Neriah brings over 20 years of experience to Kayama. As an advisor, he will contribute to product development and sensorial validation, ensuring that Kayama’s fats deliver not only technical performance but also the rich, satisfying experience expected by chefs and consumers alike.
